June/July 2010
During
April and May work has progressed on the internal partitioning and the
services installation. Externally the rear staircase has been erected
and the car park formed.During the coming months, work will continue on the inside of the building including the installation of the lift and the main stair. Externally the perimeter fence will be erected and paving laid.
April/May 2010
During March work has progressed on the external envelop and the roof, brickwork and curtain walling are now complete. The scaffolding has now been removed, revealing finished brickwork and windows. Internally the underfloor heating pipework has been installed and floor screeds laid throughout.This month our planned activities are:

- Work will commence on the false ceilings
- This month we also expect delivery of the lift and some major heating and ventilation equipment
March 2010
The work has progressed through February, with the part complete curtain walling now prominent on the south facing façade. The roof nears completion and the internal works are progressing well.

February 2010
The weather condition through January has been extreme and this has had an impact on progress.
This month our planned activities are:-
- Work will continue on the brickwork
- Work will continue on the roof
- Work will commence on the gutters and downpipes
- Work will commence on curtain walling
- Work will commence on internal partitioning
- Work will commence on the services installation
January 2010
Excellent progress has been made over the past two months. The weather, except for a few days with high winds that hampered the use of the crane, has been favourable and assisted in the good progress that has been achieved. Those responsible for inspecting the work have commented on the high quality of the work carried out to date.
The frame has been erected and the pre-cast concrete upper floors are in position. Brickwork to all elevations is now in progress.

November & December 2009
Excellent progress has been made through October with site set up, piling, ground beams and below building drainage all completed to a very high standard.
This month work will commence on:
• Ground floor slab
• Steel frame
• Pre-cast concrete floors
October 2009
Work has now commenced on the long anticipated construction of our new town centre base with anticipated completion and occupation around summer/autumn 2010.
During these coming weeks
- site will be cleared and secured.
- site cabins will be erected.
- piling will commence
- ground beams will be constructed
- below building drainage will commence
